In my opinion It would be better off for you to try another way to help users in a more open way, to allow people to learn from the others (maybe a dedicated Forum?). The recent experience with ORBX Central, to migrate their products to libraries created outside the sim root directory was not good, in fact was very bad, as it created a huge mess in a lot of systems (including mine). With the OldProp software I never had any issues, working just right from zero (and allowing me to congratulate again Kevin for the great piece of software that ChasePlane is). For sure, I won't want the risk of messing things up again by doing any new migrations using ORBX Central. For the reasons stated above, please consider giving users some time to do the migrations (OldProp accounts to ORBX Central's accounts) until you have a more robust support system. In this way you could also avoid a bad start for your new venture. Just my suggestions, and please take them in a positive way. Cheers, Ed Hi Ed, I am working in future immersion packages as a developing partner. However all the support for the product line will continue via Parallel 42 via their ticket system. In addition they are currently handling the migration and if anyone needs helps or support with the process it needs to be raised by the proper support channels. If you have any issues with ORBX Central please contact ORBX support and they will be more than happy to help you. Please remember these are the FSReborn support forums and although I am more than happy to help as usual with many things, I have been advised by P42 that all the support for immersion packages will need to be handled via their support ticketeing system. January 24, 20206 yr Hi Simbol: Thanks for your answer, and the best of luck for all of you in this promising new venture. Fortunately I solved all the bad stuff related to ORBX Central just by myself. What I don't want to get through again is repeating the same bad experience anymore, it would just be a waste of time. Check this, from another user, to confirm what I was saying before. My recommendation if you want any: just give/allow people some more time to do these new migrations. This way you would avoid causing trouble to people that have already a properly working setup: For the time being I'll stay away from doing any migrations. Thanks for listening. January 24, 20206 yr Author Commercial Member No worries, If anyone is having issues there is plenty of avenues to find help: https://parallel42.com/sim/support As you can see in the website there are forums too. However the fastest way to get everything sorted is by raising a support ticket since Keven and Edson will jump into it immediately. Ed I'm with you on this one. Too many bad reports from friends on Orbx Central with little help from Orbx. I won't touch it until I have to do a clean install. I'm also bummed because now I have to come up with another payment method just so I can continue to purchase products.
