February 12, 20206 yr 320X Introduction Guide reads: Quote For a realistic ground handling experience, FSLabs recommends using the add-on “Ground Services X” by FSDreamteam. GSX will provide the user with automated door, payload and fuel handling, as well as handling external connections to the aircraft. Furthermore, handling of the GSX software is fully incorporated within the A320X, doing away with the need of manually opening GSX menus. GSX will instead be triggered by doing the standard operating flows during flight preparations. Ok, so GSX2 now also handles external connections without "manually opening GSX menus". I have a question here - I'm in a cold and dark scenario and I'd like GSX to connect the GPU. How can I do that without manually opening GSX menu? Thanks.
February 12, 20206 yr I never use cold and dark but I would try the "INT" button. David Murden. February 12, 20206 yr I don't think it's meant to work without a menu from cold and dark. February 13, 20206 yr I don't know what's different to my setup, but when I fly the Airbus it starts up C&D with the GPU already collected and available.
February 13, 20206 yr Author Assuming the scenery has a GSX L2 jetway that is configured with a Power Unit. In that case, connecting the jetway will automatically result in external power being available in the airplane. You have to use the GSX menu to dock the gate in the first instance, thereon FSL fully integrates with GSX. Thanks.
