Hi guys,

Just hoping someone can provide some guidance - apologies if this has been asked/answered before, but since I'm coming into simming somewhat late, I thought I'd ask for sake of clarity.

 

I'm just wondering if the Carenado PC12 is compatible with the RXP GTN 750 & 650 (in FSX) as I was looking to pick up the bundle!

Again sorry if this is a silly question, being pretty new to this and addons, I'm a little overwhelmed at all the options out there!

I assume that you got the GTN installed in the PC12 panel by running the Carenado F1GTN...exe app? Correct?

And used the RXP addon drop down app to convert the two instances of the F1 GTN to the RXP GTN, Correct?   (Popup Window, and VC).

If so, you did very well!   There should then also be a popup window for the RXP GTN.

First try clicking on the upper bezel of the GTN, and if that does not work, try all shift+n combinations until you find it.

Lastly, there is a nice community mod for the GTN equipped PC12.

BTW, the PC12 works nicely with a GTN 750, but not also a secondary 650.. as you may already have seen.

Thanks for the reply, it is appreciated! Yes, it was through the addon drop down that I was able to get it installed into the dashboard - I almost certain it was actually your post on another thread I followed to get that result, so really it was your great instructions!

I’ll try the upper bezel and shift N options this afternoon and report back. 
 

I’ll also send a PM, that’d be great, I’ve only taken the PC12 for one spin but it’s a nice aircraft!
