March 29, 20206 yr Author Hi Bert, I finally got it to work in both sims. I had to run the F1 Purchase Agent and tell it to install the GTN (despite it already being installed in Programs in the Control Panel). Now it works in both sims. Thanks for all your help, I appreciate it. Edited March 29, 20206 yr by RXP Jack Sawyer
March 29, 20206 yr Hi, Please note the Garmin GTN Trainer 6.50 is no longer supported as indicated in our release notes: This release is compatible with the following GTN Trainers: 6.62.3, 6.62.1 and 6.21 only. I believe you could also save a lot of troubles in the future, and get more along the way too, like having the same user experience between X-Plane and Fltsim with in-sim live settings, in-aircraft panel update, extensive and professional level integration with many more options, 32 bits graphics from FS9 to P3D4.5 and much more... Thanks, so you’re saying I can buy and install the GTN 750 in my A2A and MilViz aircraft that’s from your company instead of F1? If so I’ll buy it today if you can promise it’ll work in these P3D 4.5 aircraft. Will I have to do anything to get them to install? If yes to the above please provide a link to buy it for P3D. Thanks Jack Sawyer
March 29, 20206 yr I have converted all my GTN equipped aircraft to the RXP version.. they all work.. a2a, Milviz, Carenado.. etc. It is not hard to do. RXP provides the substitution tool. The only airplane that I still use the F1 GTN for is the Seminole, so that I can use the F1 G600 with it.. Edited March 29, 20206 yr by Bert Pieke Bert

The RXP user guide explains the steps... with the airplane loaded, you pull down an RXP app from the P3D addons menu. There you select the GTN gauges, typically two.. the popup and the VC gauge. For the VC, you also select the NO BEZEL option (ie.. no frame..) and then confirm the selection. Your airplane will reload and now you have RXP gauges installed and working.. Bert
