April 2, 20206 yr I recently purchased the qualitywings 787 for p3d V4.5 but if i enable the autopilot the aircraft starts pitching up and down aggressively.
April 3, 20206 yr Ehm, you are aware that you miss like 99% of the relevant information here? Lets start: - which one of the 787? - did you fly with an active flightplan in your FMC? - did you activate any other mode for the autopilot or you simply press the autopilot engage button? - if you had an active flightplan, from where to where were you flying? - did you read the manual? Did you set up your flight according to the manual? - do you use any other addons that potentially interfere with this plane (e.g. AccuFeel)? Plenty of questions to answer before we can even think about solving your issue... Greetings, Chris AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 2x32GB DDR5 6000MT/s RAM, MSI RTX 4090 Ventus 3X, Windows 11 Home, MSFS2024

April 3, 20206 yr I have never had this issue with the 787. However, I have with the Phenom 300. What I noticed with the phenom is I must be fairly level in flight before engaging the AP or it will pitch up and down to compensate for the needle chasing the altitude setting if you will. IF not in level flight with the 787 maybe this is causing an issue with your setup. Just something to try.
