Lars from 29Palms was thinking about an automated tool that puts Skiathos at the top of the addon.cfg order.

Imho LM should address the addon.cfg order priority regarding a custom Autogen folder.

Arno’s Autogen Configutation Merger simply uses the Autogen files from the scenery you are flying over .. 
Why can’t LM built this in P3D ?

I agree, but to my surprise I saw the custom autogen, Going to check all my config files and the order in those files.... Base on the current layer order in the scenery.cfg file it's at the top.... and I see the custom Auto gen

i have to link in into this thread.
have also the problem: No Autogen at Skiathos in V5HF1

All Autogensliders set to max.

My Skiathos Scenery is on the top level

The Autogenentry for Skiathos ist also there

also the latest merger.exe is installed. but no autogen.
what i miss here, whats wrong?
Edit: there is no way to get Skiathos-Autogen over the Justsim Autogen.
Up or down here not working.

Skiathos has to be at the top of the packages tab.

And where is your Palms29 library entry ?

in "other Addons"
1. is Justim Autogen
2. is 29P Skiathos Autogen
3. is Orbx Libs Autogen.

how to get the Autogen from 29P over Autogen from Justsim,
in "other Addons" the up- and down- buttons did not work?

It’s not Other Addons ; it is Packages

The Scenery Tab is how you can order it but this is only for making it look easy.

The real order is on the Packages tab. Put airports above countries .

Hi, the packages are not at the same priorities like scenery?
so i have to sort also "packages" not only scenerys, like
1. 29P airport
2. other airport
3. other airport
4. ORBX open LC
5. other open LC or true eart scenery
6. other library
and so long.

Scenery Tab —> just to make it look nice and you can enable/disable scenery 

Packages Tab -> this it the real order (like when we only used the scenery.cfg file )

So yes, you need to do it twice
