April 26, 20206 yr Maybe a strange question and off topic: Whenever I use the"quote" option when someone comments I don't see it appear on the related page...I notice that when others quote on comments theirs can be seen...is there a reason for this?... And I don't know if I am making myself clear here...but when I quote someone I have to really dig before I find what I quoted...whilst I notice that other members quote other members and it can be seen right away on the same page. Say you find something worth quoting on page 7, you construct your post and it appears on the last page of that thread, say page 15.. Is that what you mean? It's simply a matter of timing! If you are quoting a post that is fairly recent, then it quite likely to appear on the same page, perhaps a few posts apart from the one you quoted... ...However, particularly in a very busy thread, you are quoting someone who posted the day before, or even many days before, then your reply may well be several pages down in the thread! I every case though, your reply will always be the last one in the thread until someone else posts a reply. Fr.
