Disabled flight sim websites

Yes of course. Very few small companies own their own web server. If a small company is paying a web hosting company to maintain their web site, and goes out of business and stops paying their bill for the web site, it will be taken off line.

Sometimes they do. They say "I'm moving on and when the domain expires, the site is gone." You're looking at some old sites so the domains have been expired for many years and you don't see those notices. Other times, people just stop doing anything - and that includes letting people know that they've stopped doing anything... because that would be doing something. 🙂

History is all about entropy.

Well, do you think administrators always remind people when they remove their sites before the sites expire, furthermore?

What they want doesn't really matter, does it? It's what they get.

Does it mean the administrators keep that information private? Because why?

No, they just don't bother telling people.

Do you tell everybody about everything you do?
