May 11, 20206 yr I heard this method is easier, where you can use the FMC and enter in your departing and arrival airport and ACARS will build a real world route and automatically upload it into your FMC? If so, does anyone know how to get it past the screen where it says Data link is not ready acars login required? You have to have already built a route and have it inside the PMDG 747 FLIGHTPLANS folder first. SimBrief or PFPX can do that for you. Once that is done, then the FMC can find the route once you’re logged in via DLINK. Devin CYOW
May 11, 20206 yr Author Already saw that video, so what's the point of using ACARS then? Might as just well use company route or route select and choose your flightplan file directly then.
