It is late here in Texas . Thank you Thank you so much for trying to help... I am not sure why there is another dll.xml file file in the Microsoft file (AppData) .Would it make sense to erase this file as I only use PMDG and FSUIPC In fact PMDG is installed in the Steam edition, so not sure why it is not mentioned in the dll.xml file under steam... Lets take some rest and I will check all your suggestions. Again thank you for your help.

Just to be clear, the Falcon 50 should be installed in the airplane directory under SimObjects ......\FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\FLYSIM Falcon 50 I would not delete any of the dll.xml file. Good night. May 12, 20206 yr Author Al: It worked finally I I added the full path of the XMLtoolsLsection to the second dll.xml file at :\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX... I launched FSX SE and voila , everything works fine now ,,,, Finally it is the dll.xml file at AppData\roaming\Microsoft\FSX the one that needed the update XLM tools inclusion I was starting to feel that I was the only one using FSX SE... You did a great job as always and I am very appreciative. I would like also to mention some bugs i encountered using the Falcon 50 but this will be in another chapter.
