May 17, 20206 yr Hi, What's the recommended fuel management technique on the MU-2? I'm tempted to follow the practice common on airliners to burn from the center tank first to reduce wing loading, but not sure if that is advisable on this aircraft. Thanks.
May 17, 20206 yr According to AOM you burn from Tip Tanks first then Wing Tanks, and finally Center Tanks. Sean Green

The FSW manual has a part that describes how the fuel system operates in the real aircraft and the sim, but doesn't offer a prescription for use. Thanks for the AOM procedure.
May 17, 20206 yr If the fuel transfer switches are set to "auto", the system burns the fuel as sgreen91 has described. Stew "Different dog, different fleas"
