May 29, 20206 yr Best bet is to check with the developer of whatever you are wanting to install for a v5 native installer. Some stuff can work by pointing the v4 installer to V5, but some stuff has issues as well. Best bet is to get a v5 native installer or wait for it to come out for your particular add on. May 29, 20206 yr Most stuff can just be pointed at the V5 folder, a notable exception is add-ons which have the A2A windscreen effect; the V4 compatible version of that crashes P3D V5, so you either need an updated V5 installer, or to disable that effect in your add-ons installed folder if it was a V4 installer that you used and it had that A2A effect included.
