June 11, 20205 yr Greetings. I am a bit puzzled how time in P3D works. (I have v5 now). I am trying to figure out if I need Real Time manager back again. I have tried VSUIPC time sync but it looks like it just sync time. My concern is why P3D sets incorrect Zulu time even if I set it in Time and Season before flight. UTC time is the same everywhere regardless of airport. Here I set System time: Here I click UTC Time: It shows UTC time is 19:09, however UTC time was 02:02 on the next day. P3D does not change date as well (not sure if it even programmed for it). When I set correct UTC in P3D and then started the flight, UTC time shown on aircraft clock (different types) were still few hours off. Am I doing something wrong? June 11, 20205 yr Well, maybe you'd wait for the HF2 and see if this fixed. I also noticed, that a few times the shown UTC isn't the "real" one. Especially when I'm not flying in Europe. Here at my location the local time is UTC plus 2 hours. So your images would fit perfect for most of Europe 😉 Just today I got an E-Mail about the TimeZoneFixer is now ready for P3Dv5. I don't know if this piece of software is capable of fixing this issue too. Before I was using this to fix wrong local times at different locations because of the wrong time zone in P3D for that city. June 11, 20205 yr Author Thanks for the reply. I installed zone fixer but right after that I was unable to start P3D anymore. When I uninstalled zone fixer I was able to start the sim. I reinstalled zone fixer few times but every time I installed the fixer P3D failed to start. I am talking to support now to find out what is going on. Why there would be an incompatibility issue I dont know with v5 but maybe something else in v5 got changed by LM. Edit: Just saw another post where an update for TimeZone Fixer has ben made available but looks like that has not found its way to Simmarket yet. June 12, 20205 yr If you have zone fixer installed just start Time Zone Fixer from desktop without P3d. The auto update will install the latest version which covers P3dv5
