Yeah, the post is pretty meaningless -- it is VERY clear FSX was produced by humans. Evil cyborgs would probably do a much better job."Can't wait for the patch" -- doesn't really say much does it. I mean the post really doesn't say much at all.

Multiple people on the team read every email that comes in to that email address. Unfortunately we get a HUGE amount of email so in general we can't respond to most of it. That doesn't mean the feedback is ignored, though.

Ok, so I'm the bad guy for reading a post and stating my opinion to the AUTHOR. Why do you bother defending this guy?? Can't he defend himself?? Why not make a post regarding the thread title and author instead of trying to defend him for making a clearly stupid post.

I never got a response about my inability to activate. I'd like to hear something about what is being done.Bruce

Now you posted twice in this thread, leave it alone if you think its stupid. It wont go away if you keep bumping it up :D.

I have spent over 4 hours talking with support or on hold across 3 different days (Tue, Wed., and Sat). Not to mention the time that I spent analyzing network traffic, using regmon, and filemon to see if I could see what the problem was. I e-mailed tell_fs after the 2nd day I believe. I don't know what is up with the activation problem, but support isn't handling it very well. It definitely taints an excellent product. I am now supposed to patiently wait for a phone call.Bruce
