July 19, 20205 yr I think they have left plenty off airports for the third party addon developers, they did invite them onboard. Raymond Fry.

Just out of curiosity: how do these airports compare to the same airports as Addons for P3D or XP ? Anyone knows ? No one know until release. Raymond Fry.

July 20, 20205 yr Well - these pictures are not really highlighing the airports - more so the surrounding terrain (most of the discussion revolves around how bad X-Plane models the golf course in the foreground 🤣). I am not sure how detailed the ramp areas and how realistic the taxi-signs are when you get a bit closer. It still eludes me how they are going to make detailed ramp areas from the satellite pictures, even the "3D building" airports on google earth look mostly horribly distorted and artifacted when zooming in close. The Azure AI must be very powerful to turn this raw and unhewn data into an appealing picture. Time will tell. Jan
