July 19, 20205 yr Yesterday I added the Aerosoft KSMF to P3dv5 and used the InBuilds compatibility patch. The terminal looked great, even better than in previous versions of P3d. However, there is an elevation issue and the runways are pretty much covered in grass when on the ground. Anyone know if there is a fix? July 19, 20205 yr Why the patch? I am using this product in v5 no problem. However, I've found that quite often when the AF file is modified in v5 that often there is a problem with autogen on airport surfaces and elevation issue abound. Dan Downs KCRP

Interesting, I will remove the patch and see if that fixes it. Cheers, Pete Pete Solov - Lake in the Hills 3CK and Schaumburg Regional 06CProud AOPA Member - PPL 2001Real World Piper Cherokee Pilot
July 19, 20205 yr Author Unfortunately, I still have the exact same issue after removing the patch. Cheers, Pete Pete Solov - Lake in the Hills 3CK and Schaumburg Regional 06CProud AOPA Member - PPL 2001Real World Piper Cherokee Pilot

Yep, but note that those w/o the Orbx NCA have had elevation issues since P3Dv4. Neither Vector's AEC nor default elevation is correct to the scenery one. This was my case and it works fine on both v4 and v5 🙂 Nicolas Matus Sepulveda My Specs: Windows 10 Pro 64x // Intel Core i7 4770K // 32GB @ 2400 Mhz Corsair Vengeance // Asus Maximus VI Extreme // NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080TI // 500GB SSD and 2 TB HDD // Prepar3D v5 // FlightSimLabs A320-X, CaptainSim 767 and PMDG 737NGX - 747 QOTSII // My Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/vader7472 - My Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/vader7472

I don't use Orbx SoCal so that shouldn't be an issue. How do I turn of the original BGL? Cheers, Pete Disable the original one (KSMF_ADEX_SMF. bgl) by changing the ending from *.bgl into *.off. Let my know if it worked for you. It did for me 🙂 Edited July 20, 20205 yr by N_matus Nicolas Matus Sepulveda My Specs: Windows 10 Pro 64x // Intel Core i7 4770K // 32GB @ 2400 Mhz Corsair Vengeance // Asus Maximus VI Extreme // NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080TI // 500GB SSD and 2 TB HDD // Prepar3D v5 // FlightSimLabs A320-X, CaptainSim 767 and PMDG 737NGX - 747 QOTSII // My Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/vader7472 - My Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/vader7472
