  1. You need it to exclude the default P3Dv5 buildings. So keep that file.
  2. Disable the original one (KSMF_ADEX_SMF. bgl) by changing the ending from *.bgl into *.off. Let my know if it worked for you. It did for me 🙂
  3. Yep, but note that those w/o the Orbx NCA have had elevation issues since P3Dv4. Neither Vector's AEC nor default elevation is correct to the scenery one. This was my case and it works fine on both v4 and v5 🙂
  4. Hi Pete! Use the file suggested on this post on the Aerosoft Forums. Dont forget to turn off the original BGL. https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/148114-sacramento-p3d/ Best Nico
  5. Hey Guys! I've been flying a lot on P3D lately, it's awesome! One of the things I got to see though its that the Aircraft shadows (selfshadows and ground ones) look very pixelated. Maybe it's my NI or the P3D settings. Here are some screens. I know that VC shadows look like this (Searched on the forums...) but can I get less pixelated shadows? PC Specs: Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K Haswell 22nm Technology RAM: 8,00GB DDR3 @ 2400MHz Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. MAXIMUS VI EXTREME (SOCKET 1150) Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 (ASUS GTX 680 DirectCU II - GTX680-DC2O-2GD5) Storage: 1TB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-60ZF5A0 (SATA) Cooling: Corsair H100 My P3D Settings (2.5) - Lighting Nvidia Inspector Settings Thanks!
  6. I also used to set my AA on 8xSGSS. Have very good framerates but when clouds appeared, frames dropped dramaticaly (from 45 fps avg on PMDG 777 LAX. to 10-15). When flying into the clouds I got as low as 3 fps!
  7. Someone at the Aerosoft Forums said that this week we would see the new update (On April 9th IIRC). I am looking forward to the many changes that will be included on this Service Pack. Regarding the shared cockpit function, I like it! Many of my friends are looking forward to it. Specially myself as I dont fly with virtual checklists and copilot (Just do it everything myself)
  8. SP2 is out! P3D 2.5 support! http://www.hifitechinc.com/downloads
  9. Thanks for your recomendations! I tried with Shadowplay and works flawlessly! Saludos
  10. Hey guys! First time starting a topic! I moved from FSX to P3D 2.5 recently. It's awesome! Runs very good on my system. But I have one question as looked on the forum and I couldn't find it (maybe its there) Which software/program do you use to record videos on Prepar3D? Fraps? OBS? Other? Shadowplay? Thanks!
  11. I am using SCEL (Santiago Chile) and SPIM (Lima, Peru) and no issues at all at P3D v2.5
  12. My thought and prayers go to you and your family. Be strong and fight! Thanks for everything, I've been using AVSIM since 2005 and I am very grateful of what you with other people have built for the community. Saludos from Santiago, Chile.
