August 18, 20205 yr The people in the Central Standard Time can download now! Should be done in about an hour at 300 mps up and down. Downloaded one of the Halo games on Game Pass that was approx. 104 GB last night and it took 50 minutes. Hoping this is true for MSFS. Will report back how long it took, and how it went. Went to MS Store - clicked on Updates, says Good to Go, clicked on MSFS - window comes up with PLAY - clicked on that - get a few opening screens then music starts with PRESS ANY KEY TO START - clicked enter key > NOTHING HAPPENS , wait longer nothing happens, went back to MS STore window says This product is installed - click on PLAY again - window pops up saying Game is already running. Where is everybody looking to check on their download - I see NOTHING else to look at. Thank you ! Quote

Mine went right to the location page to install it, hit Next and it started downloading. BTW, I was OFF on the 1 hour thing. More like 2-4 before I will be done! Good luck everyone! I followed these instructions hours before installation. I had to update Windows 10, Xbox apps, etc... August 18, 20205 yr Don't try and install it from the store itself. Launch the launcher in your programs in admin mode and it should go. Jeff D.
