August 19, 20205 yr You are going to see a lot of this in Europe due to Bing Maps being censored. Mostly due to military connections to the airports. Until they are made by hand, they will not be automatically generated via the Bing data. Does not impact the U.S. military bases.

Or did the governments not request google to do it? They are not consistant for sure but there are some that are censored in both Bing and Google, just more prevalent in Bing. Not sure the reason.
August 19, 20205 yr Airport EDDS (Stuttgart in Germany) is missing too. I don't understand why. Other very small airports in germany are included. And yes - it is censored in Bing Maps, it ist not censored in Google Maps (???).
