Hardware GPU scheduling is a Windows 10 option available in version 2004.  The debate is whether to turn in on or not.  Nothing to do with a feature controlled by Asobo.

Its a feature you turn on or off in Windows, and the debate is about how much of an FPS difference it makes.

Gamer Nexus has a great write up on it.  Don't know if it will have significant improvement in performance unless you are being throttled by your CPU and even then the benefits appear limited.  However I doubt you will suffer any performance as result so my vote is may as well.

personally, didn't notice a thing after enabling it with my 2060 Super and flying around Manhattan before/after, using the Steam FPS counter
