Absolutely! The sound engine is so immersive! My only minor complaint is that the aerodynamic wind sound is too quiet at cruise!

Continuing on, I've gathered some comparison videos of the real life aircraft sounds from YouTube! Sadly, not much buzzsaw going on here guys, so definitely not much going on in the sim either! 

A320NEO with LEAP 1A engines

 

747-8 with GENX-2b engines (this video has the most buzzsaw I could find, it's only audible after takeoff and powerback to climb thrust)

 

787-10 with RR Trent 1000 engines (since that's whats visually modeled in the sim). This one I agree could do with a little more work in the sim. The Trent engines do have a distinct spool up howl at lower thrust ranges, and also does have buzzsaw.
