August 25, 20205 yr Whilst practising some touch and goes at a very windy EGGD earlier I unfortunately got it all wrong and took the top off a tree at tall pines golf course. To my surprise there was no black screen saying you crashed, merely a loud bang and I was fortunately able to carry on my way. August 25, 20205 yr While doing one of the Airbus landing challenges, the wheels caught the top of some houses and I heard a couple bangs before the crash screen appeared. It seems the gear is able to take some of the impact on objects, which is actually kind of neat in a way.

At the time I was fighting 95mph cross winds which were bouncing me around some whilst on my way to sunnier climes 🙂 Graham System specs...
