September 1, 20205 yr I just received my Honeycomb yoke and I'm curious if the pitch axis stop limits are suppose to have a hard thud sound/feel? The roll axis stop limits are very soft as if there is something rubber there when it hits. The pitch sounds just like metal on metal. / CPU: Intel i7-9700K @4.9 / RAM: 32GB G.Skill 3200 / GPU: RTX 4080 16GB / Freight Pilot

Enjoy. Mick
September 2, 20205 yr The heavy pitch tension was regarded as a minor complaint when the yoke first came out. Takes a lot of muscle to move it to the extremes of the pitch range. I'm surprised you can even get there in ordinary flight to reach the stops. Are you experiencing this using the sim, or just going to the movement extremes outside the sim?

Time spent on first day with the yoke, I love it! It feels and handles so much better like the real thing than the saitek yoke does! 5 hours ago, James Callan said: The heavy pitch tension was regarded as a minor complaint when the yoke first came out. I only hit the stops when testing the full range of motion, haven’t hit it in sim yet and don’t expect to either. I like the heavy pitch tension personally. / CPU: Intel i7-9700K @4.9 / RAM: 32GB G.Skill 3200 / GPU: RTX 4080 16GB / Freight Pilot
September 8, 20205 yr I had issues with the pitch tension when pulling it back. Following a tip I saw on one of the forums, I replaced the curly ethernet cable with a slightly longer straight cable. You'd be surprised how much tension that little cable adds. Now I don't worry about popping it off the mount and it flies much easier.
