UGSX Not fuctioning at certain airports

Featured Replies

Hello Gentz!

I have recently attempted to depart a flight from KRDU and when prompting UGSX I am getting an error msg that says UGSX not available for this airport like this one in bold. The airport scenery its functioning and do not noticed anything of the normal in comparison to others. I have listed the data below from the UGSX Log section, I hope this will help but if not let me know what would be needed. Would this help to resolve the issue?. There its a few other airport that this its occurring but did not kept a note (prbl 3 more). Could you assist with KRDU for now?:blink:

Hi Bryan;

I followed the path C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Ultimate Ground Crew X\Airport Profiles\ and correct KRDU and a few others airport files are missing on that folder. Would you guide me through how do I correct this issue please?, Right now I have no clue how to or the path to follow.😦

Hey Fernando,

No the problem is that UGCX is detecting ZRDU and not KRDU...I think they are two different airports. You may exclude the ZRDU....so see if it can detect then KRDU...by:

Excluding the "ZRDU" airport ID from UGCX, by going to UGCX main menu, then in options there is a category named "Scenery Cache", inside, there is an option named "Airport/Scenery exclusion", you just need to write the "ZRDU" id (without the quotes) and select the "Airport Exclusion" type, then Save, it will tell UGCX to exclude the ID, so it doesnt takes into account.

Try that and let us know.

Cheers,

Manuel
