Hi,

Thanks for your answer, i have done what you tell me and reinstalled but it was the same problem.

Then i have tried to add those lines to my EXE.xml located in C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache

<Launch.Addon>
    <Name>FS2Crew Command Center</Name>
    <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    <Path>C:\Program Files (x86)\FS2Crew Command Center\FS2CrewCommandCenter.exe</Path>
    <CommandLine></CommandLine>
  </Launch.Addon>

Now it works when i launch PBE with the Tool panel so i think something is going wrong with your installer 2.2

I add than after installing PBE i have located another EXE.xml located here C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator and inside it i have those lines:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1252"?>
<SimBase.Document Type="Launch" version="1,0">
  <Descr>Launch</Descr>
  <Filename>exe.xml</Filename>
  <Disabled>False</Disabled>
  <Launch.ManualLoad>False</Launch.ManualLoad>
  <Launch.Addon>
    <Name>FS2Crew Command Center</Name>
    <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    <Path>C:\Program Files (x86)\FS2Crew Command Center\FS2CrewCommandCenter.exe</Path>
    <CommandLine></CommandLine>
  </Launch.Addon>
</SimBase.Document>

Is it normal your installer create this EXE.xml in this folder?. May it is not and only the lines should have been added in the EXE.xml located in

C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache

Waiting for your answer.

Please send me a PM and copy and paste your actual full path to your EXE.xml

Our utility that adds the entry to the EXE.xml is getting tripped up for some users, and we're trying to isolate it to figure out why.

It's like our system thinks you have the Steam version installed.

Yes, you can delete this:
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator

Thanks for your answer, The full path of my EXE.xml is:

C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache

Nothing more!

Hi Jerome,

Please see this thread... we isolated the problem with the Command Center to the EXE.xml file and the FSUIPC entry on it.

Where is the version number shown. I cannot see any indication of what version I am downloading as all it shows in Simmarket is FS2Crew_Pushback_Express.zip

Is it possible to annotate which version it is on the download page?

When you run the installer exe, there's an info screen.

It will indicate the current version.

Unless something somehow gets messed up, Simmarket should always have the latest version on their server.

If you download but it's not the latest version, try downloading to a different location on your computer to be sure it downloaded properly.

Does this conflict with the freeware pushback tool on flightsim.to?

Hi Dan,

They shouldn't conflict so long as you don't try running them at the same time.  But MSFS is complex.  To be safe, we generally recommend just sticking with PBE otherwise if there's a support issue we have to start guessing things and playing the elimination game.

But given that we now have tool bar integration as well, there's really not much point in having any other pushback program.

The tool bar integration was the one thing that other program had over us.  And it was a big thing for sure that people liked, which is why we created our own Tool Bar launcher.

Hi,

I've bought PBE at simmarket and there I have no serial to activate the new version. Now I can't use the new version.

Martin

If you login to your Simmarket account, you should be able to upgrade for free to the latest version, and their system should auto generate a new serial code for you.

If that doesn't happen, contact Simmarket support.

Thank you very much, worked. 👍

Does the FBW Flypad Pushback conflict with PBE? I don't seem to be able to use the pushback on PBE when the Flypad is on

I know there was an issue a while back, but I think FBW changed it to accommodate PBE.

At any rate, I recommend not being on the FBW Ground Services panel when using PBE.

Flip to a different page in the EFB, and that will avoid any possible conflicts.

Best,
