October 2, 20205 yr The SDK. Enable Developer Mode in your Settings, and go explore the Developer menu that appear (link to download the SDK).

October 2, 20205 yr There is a scenery editor, aircraft editor, mission editor and a few other development tools in the sdk. Scenery editing is done in real time and no need to restart and reload the sim, you just build whilst in game.
