Hi Reed

Details as below

YBCG Airport using REX Weather and C172 Steam Gauge, temps in celcius

Sea Level   REX temp 22    Actual Sim temp 22 (was 14 until mid way through take off roll then corrected itself)

2500 Feet  Rex temp 12      Actual injected sim temp 18

5000 Feet Rex temp 6         Actual injected sim temp  13 (stopped and started weather synthesis and upon injection temp counted down to 3, tried this a few times with same result))

 

not sure whats going on here last time i tested actual sim temps were lower than what Rex stated but today they are higher, if i stop Rex and go back to live weather the temps in the sim are always closer to what Rex is indicating it should be, but Rex cant seem to inject its own temp figure into the sim, the sim is currently indicating a temp of 8 at 5000 feet using the sim live weather but when Rex was injecting temp it indicated it was 13 then decided it was 3 after a manual injection

 

Surface winds and temp at the airport were also wrong initially but came to life on the take off roll, seems to me this is an issue with the sim itself where the temp and surface winds only become correct on the take off roll, i like Rex just confused by the temp inconsistencies

Ive treid re-installing the beta & it says its injecting & completed but the weather is not updating. I insatlled the new MS patch

Still on each Metar transition there is micro-stutter/fps drop even with "Enable Persistent Weather" and sometimes stays for 5 to 10 min during the flight. Is there any future plan to fix this issue? thanks

 

I am having this issue too the app injects the weather but the weather is not showing up in mfs2020 any advice or help plss
