Actually, I filed one, and the issue is now resolved. And, it was not one of the major issues that I saw on any list anywhere. I only saw one other person complain about the issue in a post, and now it is resolved. Maybe the system does work. That is really fantastic! For all we know 1,000 people reported it through zendesk and that’s why it got addressed. Either way it’s really encouraging.

October 31, 20205 yr No idea why folks can't report to Zendesk AND start a thread. Perhaps others have a fix or work-around. Perhaps it is just good to chat about the issue. To tell folk they shouldn't post / discuss is pretty stupid.
