October 30, 20205 yr Hi, on the new update it seems like the minimum distance to pushback has become 50 meters? Why? This is often too much and makes me crash into something. I think before it was like 20 metres. Please hotfix this! For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
October 31, 20205 yr Commercial Member That's min distance for a Distance pushback. I'll see what happened there. But if you want to turn earlier, you can always use the left/right aileron option to trigger the left/right turn in a distance pushback. Or you could just do a Rudder or Button control pushback. Cheers, Thank you, yes I know I can work around this, but the exact reason I bought Pushback express is, that I can keep the view in the cockpit and start the engines without having to switch to external view and worry about hitting the terminal building. November 1, 20205 yr Yes, I agree 50mtr is to much for average airports, please reduce it to 25 mtr. I also want to stay in the cockpit , like in real-life, and observe the start-up procedures. If I need to steer by hand from the outside , I also could use the freeware MOD from PH, or just slew, and safe EURO 25,=

November 2, 20205 yr Commercial Member We could do better!, we could keep this minimum value as a config entry in the XML used by PBE (Pushback Express) to initialize, so if you consider its too much 50 mts or 25 you could reduce more....but if you set 0 mts, then it could override and reset back to 25 mts. This way it could become more flexible I guess Manuel
