Can you make the Captain speak in Button mode?

Featured Replies

Hi Bryan and Manuel,

When I use FS2Crew for the 777, in button mode, the captain speaks and the co-pilot responds and reciprocally.

When I use UCGX, in button mode, I really miss the captain speaking or answering when the ground speaks to him. For example:
- Ground : please set the parking brakes
- Captain : parking brakes set.
- ...

Do you have plans to implement such a feature?

That would bring UCGX on par with... the other FS2Crew products.

That's already there 🙂

On the UGCX Settings menu, there's an option.  "Enable Captain's Voice (Menu Control)".

Oh cool! Found the option, it worsl! You guys rock!

Personallly I have a very basic but satisfactory use of UCGX: automatic pushback, for the PMDG 777, from 3 main airports. That's it. And I'm happy with the as is product. But by curiosity do you plan for further developments/improvements on UCGX?

By the way I want to take this opportunity to say kudos for all your product line (FS2Crew, UCGX). I cannot refrain from thinking that's a lot of work to develop but also to maintain and ensure support. Deep respect to all the team.

We have an update that hasn't being released yet, but we had to make a small pause on it, to focus on the new FS2020 sim. When the new sim was released, then we had to make some small updates to the new tools, and recently we has been working back on the UGCX update. As far as I can tell you, Bryan has plans to make the new update to put in a public BETA, so we can interact with testers and correct the things needs to be corrected.

Thanks!!!! Few people really take the time to write something possitive. We really appreciate that.

Cheers,

Manuel

You are most welcome Manuel. That is a sincere and honest feedback.

Good to know that there are some update coming for UCGX.

But as I said, I'm already very happy with the current UCGX (I only use a small fraction of the very extensive features).
