Hehe....now that song is in your head....isn't it?

While this may be obvious...not sure all simmers know this trick if you want snow and mother nature (and the fact live weather in the sim is still wonky) is not playing nice, you can adjust the snow to whatever you want to see on the ground...regardless of time of year.   Realistic?  Of course not. (recall this sentence when you post that its not very realistic.) 😉
Pretty, and if Live Weather was working the way it's supposed to, you betcha'!!!

One day, when Live Weather is working 100%...Asobo can take this "feature" out of the sim...for now though...it's nice to have when you KNOW it's snowing where your plane is parked in the sim (most likely because its close to where you are, and you're looking out the window at it), and the sim is showing nary a flake on the ground. 🙄

Just take the silly sim out of Live Weather when its not behaving, and make your own snow. 😉

Need a little more?  Just move the slider.....

Hope this tip helps folks struggling to fly in a winter wonderland and the sim weather is not cooperating. 🙂

Cool I'll have to try that out!  And yes the song is in my head now.  Just modified my taxiway ribbons to small green going to check that out got rid of the big blue markers.  Had the small Aqua markers installed but could barely see them gonna try the green color now.

I have not played around with the wx themes too much, but need to take a closer look.  Nothing like a snow capped mountain

Seasons are no longer on the wish list for MSFS and unlikely to be before the the list is done, as they said to much work that`s why ORBX dropped it on TE.

Yeah and its not even themes as much as a slider you just play with, regardless of the theme as long as its not on "Live Weather"   Perhaps the only issue (or feature if you prefer) is that you can have snow ANYWHERE...even in your native county where I'm sure the average snow fall is quite low. 🙂

So if you live in an area where snow is pretty rare...go park your plane by your house and grab that slider to see what it'd look like. 😅
