Hi guys,

 

I know, nobody knows probably but....

 

I've been looking at this plane for a long time. I fly the majestic dash in p3d and the legacy q400 in xplane11 but the latter one is absoly sh.. in VR.

I really love xplane11 in VR but I only fly the q400. What is the expected development time for these kind of study level planes, I have no idea. I keep checking flyjsims website multiple times a day but I really don't know if that is realistic....

 

Any ideas guys?

I think that you don´t check the flyjsim website often enough. A couple times a day is certainly not sufficient to speed up the development process, I would suggest at least every 5 minutes! 😋

Seriously - I don´t even know what your problem is with the FlyJsimQ400, but they have some sort of support forum here:

...so I would ask the question there.

However, I browsed that forum for a bit and it looks like all development on that aircraft has been halted and FlyJsim is concentrating on Microsoft flightsimulator for now.

I might have misinterpreted a post by "Delta_Who" here:

I interpreted is as that going to the new sim is inevitable, but maybe he said that they will continue on their course despite the inevitable arrival of MSFS?

That's what I hate about text.  Someone always misinterprets it.  

@Janov, I would have been surprised if they switched.  But thanks for clearing it up.

Uhh, ok.. so is the q400 in development for xplane11 or msfs2020?

Majestic is probably also very keen on bringing their awesome dash to the new flight sim.

I don't like the sound of the flyjsim dash nor do I find it easy to control in VR but it's the only plane I know how to handle because I spent a lot of time learning the majestic one in p3d (still learning though)

We're developing for X-Plane only. Period. If you want a solution for MFS, it would have to be via Majestics rendition (which is very good, I encourage support towards the team).
