HELP! Orbx OpenLC Europe isnt working

Featured Replies

If removing/renaming the lclookup.bgl file is fixing it, I would suspect that maybe there's a file permissions issue in play.

Is P3D installed to the default folder under Program Files, perhaps?  Is ORBX Central running as admin?  It sounds like the Windows security nannybot may be interfering and not allowing the file to be updated/rewritten.

A great deal of time, trouble and searching for the correct solution for this problem can be saved by a visit to the Orbx support forum, where each simulator support forum that can be affected by this "problem" has a topic describing exactly how to fix it. There is also a pinned topic for P3D v5 which describes exactly how to avoid having the problem in the first place.

Prepar3D is installed to Program Files(x86), i changed it. But i dont think that is a factor, is it?

ORBX Central does Run as Admin. Windows A/V log is clean, it hasnt blocked anything.

I had a look, the first link is NOT what was happening with me, the second one might be useful though 😉

Also, an Admin took time in my post and helped 😮
