A good day for MSFS

Featured Replies

I don't think i am imagining this😊 Logged on earlier and saw an online thread that developers are optomising MSFS for both X-Box and PC users. Yet to read it but sounds positive. Then, here on Avsim, saw the MSFS vote for best sim/strategy game thread.   Then saw a couple of new GA aircraft threads.   Then saw a thread here on a users very positive experience playing MSFS.   And then saw the AI traffic thread.  And also we have the upcoming update soon.  Also thought i saw a program (or another program) for FSpax in the wings maybe December.

Am i imagine this, wonder iff some of you think similar

Absolutely a good day for MSFS.

In addition to your list, look to this announcement:

https://fselite.net/news/fly-the-maddog-x-64bit-update-instructor-panel-expansion-msfs-announcement/

Even if it's not for today, and we should probably wait several months for it, the Maddog MD-80 is being made compatible with MSFS. Excellent news!.

Nice!. We be patient. Looking forward to some GA planes to learn. I used airliners in FS2004 and both with MSFS.

Cheers, Dan

Yeah. A good day for simming.

MSFS is coming along. I saw the announcement by Leonardo re the Mad dog *yippie*. I bought P3Dv5 and it is really good. I installed the latest version of Flysimware's Falcon and Lear and enabled the Reality XP 750 on those. (Very nice indeed) Also, moved PMDG and FSL and Leonardo to P3Dv5. Nuked most of P3Dv4. I got the new A-10C II for nothing (used points) btw, DCS is having a sale.

I'm starting to not care one wit that I can't get one of the new video cards.

All in all; I'm good to go. Each sim is good; each sim is great. Amen.

I saw a YouTube video for a free Istanbul scenery for msfs. One of the best 3PD airports i ever seen. But it goes under the radar now because its becoming the norm. There are several more big airports that should be $30 but are free and we are only 3 months since release. Crazy!

I've been holding off flying in the US until after the world update. The Japan update was superb now we have the whole US to explore from Tuesday. Great stuff.

Until Digital Design's EGGP is available for MSFS it's never a good day for me 😞

I agree. I was going to post some sceneries/airports but things just keep moving fast. Thats probably why i didnt include these in good news list.

Hopefully they will release it as it is a popular airport.
