November 22, 20205 yr I have posted this in the FSX forum as that's my main sim but also dabble with P3D 4.5 and the issue is the same. Am looking for some advice regarding the sounds for AI planes, I use Ultimate Traffic Live (P3D/FSX Steam) on one of my set ups and Ultimate Traffic (FSX boxed) on the other. Both of them procude the same sound, they are more like hairdryers than aircraft. I seem to remember that there is a setting in the CFG file ( Soundlod?) that you can change from 0 to 1 and this is supposed to have some sort of effect but they still sound like hairdryers. Just want to have an immersive sounding airport, any ideas? My youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/c/Dkentflyer
