I am buying a new monitor , my budget is around 500€ and today i have 2 choices:

-Gigabyte G34WQC @459€ in my LS (3440x1440)

or

- AOC AGON 35 AG352QCX @499€ but is a refurbished with only 1year warranty. (2560x1080)

Wich one will give me the best experience?

I also can buy it on Amazon (ES, IT, FR, DE ir CO.UK)

my computer specs:

i9 9900kf

32gb ram

gtx2070 super

My specs are lower than yours and I run a 29 inch 2560 x 1080 LG with the render scale slider in MSFS at 120 to 130 and get decent performance and visuals.  At that render scale, I am pushing almost the same number of pixels as a 3440x1440 display. I would opt for the 3440x1440. If you are viewing it from the same distance as a my 29 inch monitor the extra pixels will make a noticeable difference. Your GPU will of course have to work harder than it would with the 2560x1080 monitor but still considerably less that it would with a 4K monitor. 

I would get the Gigabyte one. I don't like a 34" or higher monitor having only 1080p. The extra vertical space you get with the 1440p is quite important I think for an ultrawide. You'll have to play around with settings probably to get a smooth experience but should be doable. Also you're more future proofed with the Gigabyte monitor as if you upgrade your GPU down the line you'll be able to bump up the settings and get a better overall experience.

As others have said the higher resolution monitor is the better choice. On purely objective grounds the Gigabyte has 4,953,600 pixels and the AOC has 2,764,800 so your graphics card has 79% more work to do with the Gigabyte. You would have to have lower settings than with the AOC but the image would be much crisper.

The 2070 Super is not that much different to the 1080Ti but has 3Gb less VRAM. Should be fine at 1440p given I run my 1080Ti at 3840*2160 in P3Dv4.

I order my monitor this night. My choice was an LG. Due to my budgt i think that was the best choice.

Not at all. 😉 I hope you enjoy your new monitor. Check if it can run at 30Hz. That will give you a very smooth sim.
