can somebody tell me what is the message on screen when switching to VR? can't read it, so tiny and unreadable

It's telling you to press the VR ReCenter command which, as luck would have it, is not mapped by default.  So actually the first thing you need to do is go into your options and map it (it's a new command that wil show up in the Camera settings, do a search for VR) and map it to a button or key.  I mapped it to my POV hat "up" (forward) since in VR you don't need POV view controls.  Then after entering VR now it tells me to press POV (up).

Recentre VR is the space key by default on my system.
