December 28, 20205 yr Actually there are some other notable aircraft from the Power Plant Group which made it to fruition IMHO: GeeBee Air Racer X-15 B-36 Peacemaker. This one's slightly confusing as thanks to its military budget the aluminium real estate was so huge that it dwarfed the 6 prop and 4 jet engines which the Wing Group graciously permitted to be put in and on the wings..
