Little Navmap and MSFS 2020 low FPS problem

Hi there,

When I use both Little Navmap and MSFS 2020 ,I get about 24 FPS..Is there anything that I could do to make it faster? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. When I use MSFS 2020 by itself I get about 60 FPS.

Do you happen to have a laptop around. I run LNM on a networked laptop so my sim computer is not burdened by running it, and I don't notice any affect on MSFS performance.

Way too little information here. System specs?  MSFS General settings?  Other mods or apps in use. Give the community here more to respond to...

Hi there, System Spec are HP Envy 15-ep0098nr, 16 GB ram, I7-10750h 2.6 ghz.. default msfs general settings 512 GB SSD drive internet speed 50mbps

Ptr,

In LNM, go to Tools tab, Flight Simulator connection and see if Fetch AI is checked.  If so, uncheck and see if that will help.

Glad it helped, its kind of a dance between AI and Graphics settings, etc. Possibly you could bump up your RAM from 16 to 32 if the price is right but then again your 2.6ghz speed is probably not optimal. Again, there is that dance between MSFS settings and your system specs. But, at least you seeing some improvement.
