December 29, 20205 yr That was a 737 Max. No problems. Some good news for Boeing at the end of a tough year. https://www.wsj.com/articles/american-airlines-resumes-737-max-passenger-flights-11609253579
December 30, 20205 yr I would be more worried about problems with these aircrafts due to sitting on the ground for up to 2 years then I would over the MCAS or Training. They have likely sorted things out at this point but other issues may arise from sitting on the ground for so long. This airliner needs a long and solid track record to prove itself once again. I wish they stuck with Boeing Yellowstone Project and just replaced it like they originally planned to, I blame American Airlines for demanding another re-engine over a start from scratch replacement, the airliners have a history of making demands on Boeing as well. A 787 style in a 737 size would have been an awesome airliner instead:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_Yellowstone_Project Edited December 30, 20205 yr by Matthew Kane Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
December 30, 20205 yr Author That`s a good point regarding being grounded for so long. They are indeed designed to operate. When you think about it; so many variant aircraft have just been parked for the past 8-9+ months. I`m not sure what will be the impact.
