December 31, 20205 yr Both TrackIR and VR (Rift-S in my case) fight each other when both are running. To make things for myself a bit easy i have VR center (in game) and TrackIR center (outside the game) both set to the same keyboard combo (Shift+F12). This way i can use the same reset view button on my HOTAS to reset the view when i'm either in VR or in pancake mode. But i noticed that TrackIR takes the upper hand, even when in VR. VR center does not always respond when in VR when TrackIR is running and if your headset gives a reflection into the TrackIR camera you can be in for a real weird treat because TrackIR will move your view accordingly, even when in VR. If switched to VR, it would be a good thing if the TrackIR input into the game would be automatically stopped (and restarted when switched back to pancake mode). Think this is due to the fact that you can live switch between VR and 2D, unlike in other games.
