Developer MFSG

Featured Replies

Hello:

Simmarket has a few titles by developer MFSG.  Anyone know anything about them?  How their scenery is etc.  I'm looking for P3Dv5.1 w/ HF.  While it lists compatible with v5, still not sure if the scenery is worth it.

Thanks.

Personally I have many of them and like them. They do the job for me. You need to be comfortable with manually installing sceneries however, and it’s a little unfortunate that the (very big) photo scenery areas don’t include building autogen, only trees. Most sceneries have a v5 compatibility patch, and many of them do appear to include v5 SDK compliant models, but not all. Some of then only provide v5 dynamic lights and other such essential patches.

Personally I’ve found it worth the price, especially during the sale. But it depends on how badly you want the scenery... I have found that their Japanese sceneries tend to be a little nicer than the other ones.

I have a number of sceneries from them too and would agree with Benjamin.

Is there any difference between 5 and 5.1 in regards to scenery add-ons?

Thanks everyone for the feedback.  I'll keep an eye for future sales as I seemed to have missed this round.

I honestly don't know but I always ask specifically just to make sure.

The one that ran just now is the first and only one that I remember... you might be in for a long wait. Honestly at this price point, if there’s any scenery you really want, just get it...
