I think you will find that in Zurich no airline "owns" a particular gate, although LX will probably dominate the A-gates. Otherwise you are bound to find the longhaulers mainly on terminal E some on B nowadays ?).

Unfortunately, I have to agree. I have 2 980Ti with 3 x 1920x1080 screens connected running 3 undocked windows (group view). I have simply connected 2 screens to the first and one to the second card which gives much better performance than SLI.

3 x 55" screens (1920x1080) here since 3 years, now running on 6700K and 980Ti (I have a second 980Ti in the box but cannot get SLI to function propoerly). I would not want anything else. Sure, sometimes frame rates go down, but I can live with it, bezels are not an issue. But I am running Project Magenta, so I do not need to display a cockpit.

7L/25R is for landing only, so that might be a reason that it cannot be selected in the airports menu.

Hi I'll give it a try as I have made the step a while ago and am still in the process to install scenery: Flytampa: I think they have V3 installers for all of their scenery. Having said that, I installed into v3 and then moved the sceneries outside of P3D, even including the effects, without any ill effect. Of course, If you choose to put the effects in a separate outside of P3DV3, you need to declare the folder in effects.cfg, Aerosoft: There are some v3 installers see: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/p3dv3/. I have also just linked some sceneries to the Aerosoft directory in V2.5 - again need to copy some effects and also check the AFD folder of Aerosoft. That way I have even imported some sceneries from FSX, with the patches from Simmershome. LatinVFR: Some V3 installers around, otherwise I used to same way as for Aerosoft. ImagineSim: Don't use their sceneries any more. T2G: Some V3 installers available, otherwise as per Aerosoft FSDG: New V3 installers all around. Moved out of P3D3V3 folder after installation (see Flytampa) ORBX: wait for V3 installers .... These are but some of them - others will have different ways.

Running P3D 2.5 on a 6700K at 4.6 GHz with 3 outside views (1920x1080), I have recently added a second 680Ti and am now running them in SLI. Display is locked internally at 31 fps and even trying very hard a cannot find any difference to when I was running only one card. I must say however that I do not use any cockpits as I am running external cockpit display (project magenta).

He does not say he has FSUIPC installed into P3D, so I guess WideFs is not running when he runs P3D and Wideclient does no9t have anything to connect to. AFAIK WideFs/Wideclient do not really need Simconnect.

Log into your account at Simmarket. Go to "Ýour Orders" and find the one for Widefs. Open it and you should find the key there. They do not send out e-mails with the keys any more since a long time.

used to use Imaginesim's VHHH too and replaced it by T2G. No comparison, T2G is much better.

I guess you would have to install drivers for your new hardware. Otherwise it should work.

RH sorry, I did not test FSX on this (new) system. I know I tried the same setup (3 separate windows) on my old FSX system with a I7 980X and a GTX 670 and it became a slide show. In the end I went to wideview but was never really happy fiddling around with the setup on the slave. As far as processors go, I like the I7 6700k running on an Asus mobo, overclock was very easy.

I am running P3D on a 6700K system with a GTX980Ti with fairly high display settings. Planning to get a second card soon for SLI. The 6700K runs at 4.6 GHz. Using 3 55" Samsung TV's at 1920 x 1080 with 3 separate windows (45 degr left, front, 45 degr right) I am getting 15 - 30 FPS (limited to 30), even 15 is still quite fluid for ground operations. I switched to P3D because I could not get this in FSX. I am very happy with this setup, although of course I keep looking at the big 4K screens....

was before the same question some 10 days ago. In the end, I went with the 6700K, mainly because it is newer and cheaper. Have it now running at 4.7 without complaints together with a GTX980Ti and am in the process of installing P3D25

Version 29 working fine with FSX and Wideview here. Some time ago, it became necessary to update the Network bridge, which version do you have there ? Mine shows a date of 21-08-14 and according to the log, its version 25.

Coincidence, I was looking for the livreries too today. They are gone. Seems they now want you to buy their (livery) repaint manager at 19 USD (per year !) to get access. No way ! I suggest you do a search here and you will find many livreries for free.

There are some sceneries like Aerosoft or ORBX that absolutely want and need to be in the "real" FSX directory. Most others can be installed (or moved) anywhere and you can just modify your scenery config to point to the new location. As has been said already, aircraft should not be moved except if not needed. Even then one has to be careful. I was in a situation similar to yours and have now about 50 % of my sceneries on the HDD whereas FSX is on the SDD. Everythig works fine.

While I cannot help with UUDD, thee is a nice freeware scenery on the net for UUEE - It seems not allowed to post links to that site here... RJBB has been done by Aerosim http://www.aerosim.c.../rjbb_fsx_e.htm - a bit expensive but not bad. and RKSI can be found on Simmarket http://secure.simmar...port-rksi.phtml I have not been to Seoul for a while but when I was there last time about 2 years ago the airport looked very similar to that scenery.

Reading and reading and not finding the answers that I am looking for. I am mostly flying big iron and transcontinental (anywhere in the world). Now I am using ASE which is giving me predictable winds and temperature profiles (most of the time), means my trip calculations mostly work out and there are no more uncontrollable windshifts. Weather at departure and destination might not be 100 % correct - I have never had an actual 0 - visibilty situation. But I have lived with that up to now, although I would appreciate better. So - do I need Opus for the weather ? I do not want to go back to those times that I came back to the sim after having a smoke to see that my plane had crashed due to violent windshifts.... I also am looking for the possiblity of operating Opus on a separate computer, as my FS-Sever does not get to see the internet usually. Then there is the other issue with operating Opus versus Wideview with traffic and weather but this is another issue altogether....
