January 7, 20215 yr Hi fellow simmers , I noticed i get CTD´s without any error messages when trying to save a flight or changing anything in the P3D control-menu with the PMDG NGXU. These CTD disappears after a while inflight so it might be something related to an add-on in airport radial like SODE or GSX or who knows. Anyone who have similar experience ? Thanks Michael Moe Edited January 7, 20215 yr by Michael Moe Michael Moe
January 7, 20215 yr I only have seen CTD's with P3Dv5.1 when I still used Afterburner from MSI to tweak my GPU. After uninstalling Afterburner I have 100% stability.

Everything also ok with other aircraft, and I've been using the menu a LOT lately while completing my V5 installation. Will pay attention to Afterburner... Edit: Read something on LM's forum about how switching off Window's protection against ransomware (forgot the exact name) helped. January 8, 20215 yr Mine just had a CTD for the 1st time in a while. I have Windows setup to create full crash dump files so I was able to analyze the dump. It showed that the driver for the CSR bluetooth transmitter plugged into my USB port went belly up. I use a bluetooth headset for FS2Crew voice control. The moral of the story: the problem is not always the simulator or the add-ons. i9-10850K, ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI), 32GB G.SKILL DDR4-3603 / PC4-28800, GIGABYTE RTX5080 16GB WF OC 3 FAN running 3440x1440
