One thing I've noticed on a bunch of flights to smaller default airports in the US is that a lot of them seem to share this control tower object that is clearly far too big for a small, regional airport.  

I'm curious if there's a way to globally replace this object with something smaller/more appropriate?  Perhaps this is a good mod opportunity for someone so inclined?

Yeah, too bad too.  I had the same thoughts concerning the hangers and tried to promote vote action by the community but only got 4 votes.  I don't think players are concerned about building proportions.  But there was a time when some apartment buildings in Europe were multi story vs single and the user base exploded. It was addressed correctly in the very next update.  That is when I posted my issues for hangers which is an identical fix, but no go.

Is it too much to ask for buildings to be hangars (which currently appear as homes or apartments), towers to be a little more representative, and taxiways to match reality?

Those are my three biggest surface gripes about airports.

3rd party people have done pretty well to address random airports but I'd love to see default ones adjusted.
