February 3, 20215 yr Hello dvir and welcome to Avsim. I see you just registered here. I am another user like you and this is a great place to share experiences and resolve issues. So welcome. I fear you have not provided adequate information for us to give you timely help. So often this plays out in a step by step time consuming series of exchanges. Providing more information short cuts that. Have you made any recent changes or upgrades to your computer system? Are you attempting a first time installation of the Reality XP product, or was this a reinstall? You should provide which simulator and simulator version you are using. Did you recently upgrade that simulator to a newer version? Verify the version (not model but version) of the Reality XP GTN you are using. Is the Reality XP installer you are using an interim update installer, or is it a fresh from-ground-up ecommerce installer as downloaded fresh direct from the Reality XP web sites product page? That may be important if you made any system changes. A freshly updated installer will push you through a verification of your license, but will not require you to pay again. February 4, 20215 yr Author Hi, thanks for wanting to help. The system is windows 10. and the simulator is prepar3d v4.5. Everything is licensed. I bought the product on the reality xp website, and downloaded it through their installer. The software has downloaded the Garmin simulator, and the main problem is with it .... Because the gtn750 version, just comes up with a black screen, which does not turn on, but if I choose the xi version, then it does turn on. (In Garmin itself, not in p3d). By the way, the reality show itself is updating itself including the update that came out at the end of January with the adaptation to version 3 of the Garmin. I deleted, everything, several times, and it's still the same problem. Would appreciate help. If there are still any identifying details missing, tell me what and where to look and I will happily register.! :-).
