February 4, 20215 yr Hello everyone, It started happening last night, I understand this error has to do with the effects files not being properly configured. Thing is, haven't touched fx files or updated/installed new software into the P3D. Software is the latest, updated, and until last night no issues. The error pops up on running the sim, and only if PMDG aircraft is used together with Immersion Manager. If running FSLabs or default aircraft no issues. Also if PMDG aircraft is used with the immersion manager, the aircraft gets engulfed with dust cloud for no apparent reason. I tried reinstalling the complete sim - didn't do anything, removed fx files, and gradually added them back only to notice that when i move back the effects.cfg in the effects folder the error pops back up. February 4, 20215 yr Commercial Member Are you running P3D V5 as Administrator? Also open ORBX central, find //42, find immersion manager and click verify files. If this fails please raise a ticket via //42 with a full immersion manager log report so I can have a look. I have V4 HF3 and V5.1 with latest HF no errors whatsoever.. so something very strange is happening on your PC. I also always use content errors and it is all working with no reports from P3D.. puzzled.. S. Tried verifying AIG database also, then reapplying the AIRLP effects, no change. I can maybe reinstall AI traffic completely. Croatian system uses comma instead of point. I completely forgot about it. I'm out of the house, I'll try putting it back the way it was and will report. Thank you This is what is causing the problem..maybe is making P3D swap the format for effects for dots and comas and when AILRP uses this to create the effects they are going corrupted.. It is weird because I am forcing AILRP to use US format always in order to write the effects to avoid issues. Maybe the way you changed the regional settings is causing a problem.. S.
