Unlike some of our boutique 3PDs, Lockheed Martin certainly has the depth to keep on rolling without becoming dependent on any one person. It's bad management practice to let anyone in an organization become indispensible, anyway. I work for one of the World's biggest Jet engine manufacturer's, plenty of people I know thought that without them the company wouldn't cope... that they were indispensable only to find out they were living a lie after they left. I have been a developer since 15 years old, got my first full time job at 18 years old, I am 44 now.. I Never stayed with a single company for more than 10 years to seek career advancement and new challenges, the fact he has stayed with the same company for 19+ years means a lot.. Clearly Lockheed Martin can provide plenty of career development and challenges, if you research about the P3D team developing team you will notice they were having an amazing mix / background of experience before joining LM (it is common in IT career to switch jobs very quickly) but they have stayed with Lockheed since joining then.. Working for LM must be very nice indeed.. 19+ years of experience with a company like Lockheed Martin is something very valuable.. You don't find assets like that very often.. That is the point I was trying to raise. Regards, Simbol Oficial Website: https://www.FSReborn.com Discord Channel: https://discord.gg/XC82TqvKQ3

Regards, Simbol I know exactly what you mean working for a company like LM, I work for another blue-chip company, for me it's RR, that's why I've stayed so long, everything you want to achieve can be achieved in companies like these. Infact why leave? They pay well, and advance your career, if you want to better yourself.
