Is this a typo, or a different person?

The person being discussed is Adam Breed, who was one of the senior people at the P3D project.

Correct,

Looks like he's no longer with P3D since Dec 2019, but either I'm wrong or it's a profile of a wrong person

Sorry.....Other person...

But Adam Breed (with B) is also active at Lockheed Martin regarding LinkedIn

Engineering Project Manager, Engineering & Technology Chief Technical Assistant At LM
FullTime
Dec. 2019–present
Duration 1 Year 3 Months

This role he has since Dec 2019....which is maybe the reason he "left the forums" since then...

Prior he had this role:

Engineering Project Manager, Software Engineering Functional Manager at LM

What all of these mean for the direction of P3D future developments?

That it continues? cannot Adam be promoted? this is normal.. it is called career advancement.

Well, i don't know what level of influence or dedication Adam has had with P3D, but we've seen a HUGE progress between V1 and V4. We know nothing about the new guy, his level of dedication to the product (yes, it must be present here)

And career advancement is very tricky thing. Career Advancement of Ozzy Ozbourne and Ronnie Dio pulled a plug into career advancement of Black Sabbath. And there are a lot of examples like these.

With that being said, my question is whether P3D was left to live and slowly die, or advance further.

What is the purpose of this thread now the question about Mister Adam Breed is answered?

All speculative or?

Adam Breed got promoted (good for him), someone else got promoted into his old job, and progress continues apace.

Unlike some of our boutique 3PDs, Lockheed Martin certainly has the depth to keep on rolling without becoming dependent on any one person.  It's bad management practice to let anyone in an organization become indispensible, anyway.

He has been with Lockheed Martin for 19 years.. is that dedication enough for you? why you don't add him to your LinkedIN and interview him? 🙂
