February 6, 20215 yr Hi, my TrackIR initially didn't work. You need to make sure you have the latest software installed my current version is 5.4.2.27545. I seem to remember somewhere in the installation there is a reference to MSFS 2020. Its somewhere in the top righthand corner. Sorry my memory is a bit faded but it wasn't difficult to spot. Regards You may need to download "Game Updates" in TrackIR software: 1.) top-left corner of TrackIR window select the wrench icon and make sure "Check for Game List Updates" is selected in the "Updates" section. Restart TrackIR and look at the top-right corner of the TrackIR window - if game updates are available there will be a prompt to download game updates - if so click it and after it's finished restart TrackIR then start FS 2020.
